Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ResumePolish ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Service Description

ResumePolish is a resume optimization service. We analyze your resume, provide an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility score, offer improvement recommendations, and generate an optimized version of your resume.

ResumePolish improves existing resume content. It is not a write-from-scratch resume creation service.

Payment Terms

• Pricing for our optimization plans (for example, Quick Fix, Complete Fix, and Multi-Role Fix) is clearly displayed at checkout.
• You agree to pay the price shown at the time of checkout.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Once the optimized resume has been delivered—the full results are unlocked and available for download—the purchase is considered fulfilled. All sales are final upon delivery, subject to the exceptions in our Refund Policy, such as technical errors or parsing failures.

User Responsibilities

As a user of ResumePolish, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your resume and contact details.
• Only submit content that you own or have the right to use.
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service.
• Not submit resumes containing malicious code or harmful content.
• Not use automated tools or bots to access the Service at scale.

Service Disclaimer

The resume optimization and recommendations provided by ResumePolish are generated through an automated optimization process and are intended as suggestions only. We make no guarantees that:

• Using our optimized resume will result in employment, interviews, or callbacks.
• The ATS score accurately predicts how any specific employer's system will rank your resume.
• The optimized content is free from errors or perfectly suited to every job application.
• A blank or substantially empty submission can be turned into a complete resume with new, functional experience. ResumePolish is strictly an optimization platform, not a "write from scratch" service.

You are responsible for reviewing all optimized content before submitting your resume to potential employers. We strongly recommend verifying the accuracy of all information in the optimized resume.

Intellectual Property

• Your content — You retain full ownership of your original resume content. The optimized version is derived from your content and belongs to you.
• Our service — The ResumePolish platform, including its design, algorithms, templates, and branding, is our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
• Templates — PDF templates are provided for your personal use in generating your resume. They may not be redistributed or sold separately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumePolish and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Loss of employment opportunities or income related to the use of our optimized resumes.
• Data loss resulting from service interruptions or technical failures.
• Errors or inaccuracies in optimized content.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific optimization in question.

Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice.
• Update pricing, features, or terms with reasonable notice.
• Refuse service to any user who violates these terms or abuses the platform.
• Implement rate limits or usage restrictions to ensure fair access for all users.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
